1. Use of the service

RuralCare provides a platform for booking and conducting medical consultations. It is not a substitute for emergency care — call your local emergency number if you have a life-threatening condition.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and the information you provide accurate.

3. Provider responsibilities

Doctors using RuralCare must be licensed and verified, and are solely responsible for the clinical advice they provide.

4. Payments & cancellations

Consultation fees are set by individual providers. Cancellations made at least one hour before the appointment are eligible for full refunds.

5. Limitation of liability

RuralCare facilitates consultations but is not liable for the medical decisions of independent providers using the platform.
